Eligible San Diego County residents may receive financial assistance toward the purchase or lease of a qualifying new or used clean vehicle through the Clean Cars 4 All program.
About the program
Clean Cars 4 All is a program of the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District. It helps qualified, income-eligible residents retire an older vehicle and replace it with cleaner transportation.
Eligible applicants may receive an incentive toward a qualifying new or used clean vehicle. Participants may also have the option of selecting a prepaid public-transit card and/or an e-bike instead of purchasing a replacement vehicle.
